Jessica Blackman brings to the Cooperrider Center a passion for bringing positive possibilities to life through research, listening, and action oriented clear communications. She has worked extensively as a researcher, analyst, and writer, first at the Federal Reserve Bank, then in economic consulting, and upon moving to Vermont, with the Governor's office. She started her work with the Center on the World Positive Education Accelerator (WPEA) and then as the Applied Practice Manager. As the managing director, she will continue to build relationships and systems that enable the Center to deliver on its mission of being the global hub for connecting people to learn, apply, and amplify Appreciative Inquiry. Jessica has a passion for music, having played piano since first grade, sung with choirs across the country, and even fronted a band in San Francisco. She lives with her husband and two children in Burlington, VT and embraces the joyful noise of life!
