The AI Practitioner International Journal of Appreciative Inquiry is designed to highlight examples, case studies and research into strengths-based approaches to change with special emphasis on Appreciative Inquiry. The publication is devoted to raising up the search for the best in people, their organizations and the relevant world around them. It seeks to support a flourishing community of AI practitioners who in turn support each other, and to collaborate with universities, where both rigorous research and future generations of activists and ambassadors are created.
The AI Practitioner is brought to the world by a partnership between the David L. Cooperrider Center for Appreciative Inquiry and Kessels & Smit, The Learning Company, an international group of consultants, coaches and facilitators with a passion for learning and development who support individuals, organizations and communities around the world in learning & development issues.
