The focus this year could not be more timely or important: Addressing the Challenges of Now. The summit offers three tracks that provide immersive hands-on experiences applying OD methodologies to real-world challenges: Sustainability Action, Human Flourishing and Earthshot OD. Join us in the Earthshot OD track, where we will share the fundamental principles of Appreciative Inquiry (AI) and how we see those principles being used to make ‘Earthshot OD’ a reality in our current social environment. This track is in collaboration with the Fowler Center for Business as an Agent of World Benefit at Case Western and the Cooperrider Center for Appreciative Inquiry at Champlain College. In this video, OD Leaders preview the experience you will have while working with them and alongside your peers in a practical hands-on environment.
