Training and development professional with a strong desire for continuous improvement in both myself and my teammates. Responsible for a team of 11 regional trainers that support 97 retail automobile dealerships across 14 states. Additional responsibilities include development and facilitation of the Automotive Operations and Leadership cognate for Liberty University’s School of Business. I am responsible for the oversight of the Hendrick Leadership Academy. This is an internal leadership development program in partnership with the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA).
Education and Professional Experience:
BS Organizational Leadership ‘21 / 20 years of experience in the retail automotive space specifically in operations and training & development.
