For twenty years Ruth has worked in the financial services sector project managing complex programs and large teams. Most recently she has been using evidence based positive psychology techniques to build resilient, high performing teams as well as creating and delivering workshops focused on increasing wellbeing for teenagers. She is not only a skilled project manager (she might more accurately be called the “Project Motivator”), she also loves learning. That is reflected in her training as an economist, attorney and in positive psychology. She sees beauty in her surroundings, appreciates the people around her, and lives to create environments where others can flourish. We appreciate her energy and wit, and how she sees connections everywhere, using her empathy and problem solving skills to help clients and colleagues excel. She also has a strong sense of justice, and is not shy when it comes to standing up for others.
