Robyn’s strengths are leading positive change. As a positivity strategist, she partners with executives, their teams and communities around the world, designing and delivering high impact, positive change with a focus on co-creating cultures of ownership, inclusion and collaboration. Robyn applies her Appreciative Inquiry lens to creative endeavors as an author, a speaker, a podcast host, an app developer, designer and facilitator. Robyn is an Associate of the Taos Institute and faculty member of the David L. Cooperrider Center for Appreciative Inquiry at Champlain College, where she teaches Advanced Applications of Appreciative Inquiry in the Positive Organization Development Certificate Program.
