My actual engagement with Appreciative Inquiry really took off in 2010, accelerating in
2012 after following an exciting world congress in Ghent. I noticed the energy arise when
people started talking about their most energizing working moments, and the
connections people made sharing their dreams. Since my work also involves
organizational development, I became more and more interested in ‘what would
organizations look like when we make more use of the talents and knowledge within
and around our organizations’.
I am a Dutch AI-practitioner, facilitator, trainer and coach, besides being a loving father,
partner and outdoor enthusiast.
