Core Faculty with RRU’s School of Leadership Studies, Dr. Niels Agger-Gupta teaches organizational change using appreciative inquiry, program evaluation and cultural and linguistic competency in health care. He has supervised more than 50 graduate projects and theses – many using the lens of appreciative inquiry – as part of KM, governance systems, organizational re-design, healthcare restructuring, and patient experience and satisfaction, individual/organizational values alignment and staff engagement/empowerment, among other topics. Core faculty (since 2007) and Program Head (Graduate Certificate in Leadership (2016) & MA-Leadership (2010-13). An OD consultant in southern California, Agger-Gupta taught OB at University of Phoenix, and was ED of the California Healthcare Interpreters Association (2000-02). He consulted to the Calgary Health Region in Alberta, establishing regional interpreter services (1997-2000) after a career as a consultant with the Alberta Multiculturalism Commission (1987-1999). Agger-Gupta holds a PhD in human and organizational systems and an MA in OD from Fielding Graduate University.
