Education and Professional Experience:
In 2001 I started in heath care organizations as a change agent on culture in organizations, based on the philosophy of appreciative inquiry. Prof. John Rijsman was my coach during a period of 5 years and I wrote my thesis on the experience with AI is a hospital. After my PhD I worked in health care organizations, changing culture by education, workshops, coaching and supervision all based on AI.
