Organizational Development Consultant
Jacinthe Bergevin draws on 30 years of experience providing pragmatic services to organizations from the private and public sectors as well as from the non-profit sector across Canada. She holds a master’s degree in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University in Los Angeles, California. Jacinthe has managed and supported teams and organizations in small and large scale transformation initiatives impacting anywhere from 10 to 14,000 employees. Some of her past projects using Appreciative Inquiry approach include strategic planning, implementation of ERP’s/new technologies, cultural transformation, organization redesign, new business processes, etc. Jacinthe has played key leadership roles on a number of project teams. For the past 8 years, she has been offering, with Josée Blaquière a 3 day introductory workshop on AI in French. She is fluent in French and in English.
