My purpose is to create spaces of fresh thinking, uplift individuals, teams and organisations and generate different & exciting ways to see, feel and act. I enjoy supporting leaders and teams in creating inspiring visions for their future, in finding ways forward, thinking differently and unlocking possibilities – Even in very difficult situations.
Education and Professional Experience:
Completed NTL's AI practitioner certificate programme in 2010. Have 10+ years of experience working with AI in different organisations, and contexts. Prior to that, I worked as a business improvement leader at Johnson & Johnson through which I gained a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
