Daniel Richardsson, Principal with Styrkebaserad i Sverige AB (Strength Based in Sweden, Inc.), is an organizational consultant and teacher of Appreciative Inquiry for Strength-Based Change Management at the Mid Sweden University, Östersund. Daniel works also as a facilitator and service designer at the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth.
As a facilitator and guide for both short- and long-term initiatives and development processes, Daniel inspires leaders, employees, researchers, and students to take bold steps to practice, explore and learn how to successfully use Appreciative Inquiry and other strength-based processes and behaviors.
Daniel specializes in applying these approaches to team and leadership development, employee engagement, and change management. He also works systematically with organizations to bring more attractive quality attributes into their services and products.
