 \nThe Foundations + Certification Pathway combines our self-paced Apprecia
 tive Inquiry Foundations course with a guided\, cohort-based Certification
  program that helps you design\, test\, and complete an appreciative proje
 ct supported by expert coaching.\n\n\n\nIf you want both the mindset and t
 he mastery to lead strengths-based change\, this pathway is the fastest an
 d most supported way to get there.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nA Two-Part Program:\n\n\
 n\nAppreciative Inquiry Foundations&nbsp\;(Register any time\, complete by

 The course is fully self-paced — you can complete the modules on your ow

 nquiry (AI). You’ll learn to recognize strengths\, craft better question
 s\, shift conversations toward what’s possible\, and facilitate apprecia
 tive processes with individuals and groups.\n\n\n\nWhat’s Included\n\n\n
 \nYou’ll get immediate access to six self-paced modules covering:\n\n\n\
 n\nAppreciative Inquiry 101 – Rewiring for Possibility\n\n\n\nThe Scienc
 e of Strengths – Why AI Works\n\n\n\nThe Art of the Question\n\n\n\nLead
 ing with the 5-D Cycle\n\n\n\nAI at All Levels: Self\, Teams\, Organizatio
 ns\, Systems\n\n\n\nDesigning Your AI Leadership Project\n\n\n\n\nEach mod
 ule includes lessons\, examples\, tools\, reflective exercises\, and oppor
 tunities to apply AI right away.\n\n\n\nTiming\n\n\n\nYou’ll need to com
 plete the Foundations coursework by March 30th so you can move on to Certi
 fication. You can complete the modules at your own pace. We find most lear
 ners spend 8–10 hours per module\, completing about one module per week.

 al Assistant (AIVA)\n\n\n\nYou’ll also have access to AIVA\, our AI-powe

 your questioning skills\n\n\n\n\nAIVA supports your learning but does not

 ent for you\n\n\n\n\nWe schedule the weekly Zoom meetings after we know wh
 o is enrolled\, so we can account for everyone’s time zones — East Coa
 st\, West Coast\, and often international participants as well.\n\n\n\nAll
  sessions are recorded\, and while the experience is best when you are dee
 ply connected to your learning peers\, it’s fine to miss a few meetings

 win\, PhD\, is the Robert P. Stiller Endowed Chair of Management at Champl
 ain College and a globally recognized scholar-practitioner in Appreciative
  Inquiry. Trained at Case Western Reserve University under David Cooperrid
 er and Ron Fry\, she has published widely\, edited multiple special issues
  and books on strengths-based change\, and presented at conferences around
  the world. With deep experience consulting for organizations such as the

  school districts and associations\, she brings both academic insight and
