 \nThe Foundations + Certification Pathway combines our self-paced Apprecia
 tive Inquiry Foundations course with a guided\, cohort-based Certification
  program that helps you design\, test\, and complete an appreciative proje
 ct supported by expert coaching.\n\n\n\nIf you want both the mindset and t
 he mastery to lead strengths-based change\, this pathway is the fastest an
 d most supported way to get there.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nA Two-Part Program:\n\n\
 n\nAppreciative Inquiry Foundations (Register any time\, complete by Sept
 ember 28\, 2026)\n\n\n\nWork through six online modules that introduce the
  core principles\, practices\, and applications of Appreciative Inquiry. T
 he course is fully self-paced — you can complete the modules on your own

  building the confidence and mastery needed to apply AI in real-world sett

  Inquiry Foundations\n\n\n\nA self-paced\, on-demand course that builds yo
 ur mindset\, skills\, and confidence.\n\n\n\nThe Foundations Course introd
 uces you to the core principles\, practices\, and applications of Apprecia
 tive Inquiry (AI). You’ll learn to recognize strengths\, craft better qu
 estions\, shift conversations toward what’s possible\, and facilitate ap
 preciative processes with individuals and groups.\n\n\n\nWhat’s Included
 \n\n\n\nYou’ll get immediate access to six self-paced modules covering:\
 n\n\n\n\nAppreciative Inquiry 101 – Rewiring for Possibility\n\n\n\nThe 
 Science of Strengths – Why AI Works\n\n\n\nThe Art of the Question\n\n\n
 \nLeading with the 5-D Cycle\n\n\n\nAI at All Levels: Self\, Teams\, Organ
 izations\, Systems\n\n\n\nDesigning Your AI Leadership Project\n\n\n\n\nEa
 ch module includes lessons\, examples\, tools\, reflective exercises\, and
  opportunities to apply AI right away.\n\n\n\nTiming\n\n\n\nYou’ll need 
 to complete the Foundations coursework by March 30th so you can move on to
  Certification. You can complete the modules at your own pace. We find mos
 t learners spend 8–10 hours per module\, completing about one module per
  week.&nbsp\;You'll continue to have access to all Foundation materials fo
 r a year after registration.\n\n\n\nPractice with the Appreciative Inquiry
  Virtual Assistant (AIVA)\n\n\n\nYou’ll also have access to AIVA\, our A
 I-powered virtual tutor\, available anytime to help you:\n\n\n\n\nUndersta

 now who is enrolled\, so we can account for everyone’s time zones — Ea

 n\nAll sessions are recorded\, and while the experience is best when you a
 re deeply connected to your learning peers\, it’s fine to miss a few mee
 tings if needed.\n\n\n\nCertification Outcome\n\n\n\nWhen you complete the
  Certification requirements\, you’ll earn your Certified Appreciative In
 quiry Practitioner credential from the David L. Cooperrider Center for App
 reciative Inquiry. You’ll receive both a Certificate and a digital badge
