The following interview packet was prepared in January 2006 to support an HR leadership team's extended data gathering (a.k.a. appreciative interview) efforts across its 650-person information management company. The results of the individual and group data gathering efforts, along with information and research on external best practices, were integrated into an HR strategic planning session following completion of the interview process.

Packet contents include all of the following:
