In this chapter [Chapter 14], Bosch explores using an appreciative approach to exit interviews, turning the interview into an opportunity to discover the organization’s core life giving factors. Bosch experimented with a protocol including topics concerning: factors which make the company attractive/unique, being “the best”, shared commitment and people and teamwork. The author provides the protocol and a learning and improvement table.
