The intent of the proposal is to outline the role of Appreciative Inquiry in developing a corporate statement of values for the Non-Profit ABC. The Appreciative Inquiry methodology, when applied, is a tool for exploring the “life-giving” factors of an organization; it is a process of discovery. Where appreciation is alive and stakeholders throughout a system are connected in discovery, hope grows and organizational capacity is enriched.
